The inaugural Flinders Island Food and Crayfish Festival is set to take place on the weekend of the 14th April, 2018. A star line up featuring some of Australia’s greatest chefs will celebrate the Island’s produce in a special long lunch.
Headlining the 2018 Festival will be chefs David Moyle (LongSong), Aaron Turner (Igni), Matt Stone (Oakridge), Jo Barrett (Oakridge), James Viles (Biota Dining) and Mark Labrooy (Three Blue Ducks) with sommelier Alice Chugg (Etties).
The lunch will take place at one of the Island’s breathtaking locations and the creative theme will be Mother Nature + Human Nature. A celebration of everything Flinders Island represents: wilderness, community, connection, food, sharing.
Event tickets are on sale from December 2017.
